Semana Santa
Semana Santa (Also known as Holy Week) is a celebration during May. Many locals come to the streets to celebrate this time, have different attractions, and become closer to their religion.
Independence Day
September 15 marks El Salvador’s independence.
This is the biggest celebration in the country, with flag-waving, parades and fireworks on the beaches, in the cities and mountain towns. Most of the activities happen in San Salvador.
